Courtney Willson (Upstate Region) was awarded the Member of the Year at the 2012 Conference! Courtney has demonstrated great enthusiasm and leadership in her involvement with SCPRA. Before she was even elected a region officer, she was asked to coordinate the Upstate Region workshop at the last minute. She organized an interesting and educational workshop that was well attended. During her two years as region administrator, she has consistently tried to think of new and informative topics for the luncheons and workshops. These meetings have been well attended by members and guests. Courtney is continually thinking of ways to advance the association and has submitted several suggestions for improvement to the SCPRA board. In addition to her efforts for SCPRA, Courtney has organized and spoken at several educational seminars hosted by the Register of Deeds office where she works. In addition, Courtney played a major role in the establishment of the new Upstate SC Chapter of PREP (Property Records Education Partners) and she now serves as chapter co-chair. Congratulations, Courtney! |
